1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deep Translate (the "Service"), operated by Leading AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through the app or via email.

2. Description of Service

Deep Translate is an AI-powered translation application that provides:

  • Text translation between 100+ languages
  • Real-time voice translation in multiple modes
  • Camera-based text translation
  • AI-powered language practice features

The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve translation accuracy and features. Translation results are generated by AI and may not always be perfectly accurate.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. By using these third-party authentication services, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

Deep Translate offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan includes basic translation features with daily usage limits. The Pro plan provides unlimited access to all features.

4.2 Pricing

Current subscription pricing is as follows:

  • Pro Monthly: $7.99 per month
  • Pro Yearly: $59.99 per year

Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers of any price changes before they take effect.

4.3 Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings

4.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for the Pro plan. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Translate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (text, voice recordings, images). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing translation services.

We do not claim ownership of your translations. You are responsible for the content you translate and how you use the translation results.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Leading AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Deep Translate name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Leading AI. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Translation results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Translation results should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or safety-related purposes without professional verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADING AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leading AI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • Any outstanding subscription fees will not be refunded (except as required by law)
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or our account deletion page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leading AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leading AI regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Leading AI relating to the Service.
